Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Return Request' option next to your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, leak-proof packaging and ensure all safety seals are intact to comply with hazardous material transport regulations.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our laboratory team inspects the returned goods for purity and seal integrity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
